Here is a list of what is there and what isn't.  The lists are not complete but should give you an idea.

Microwave

Fridge/Freezer

Shower and (flush) toilet

2 Double Beds

TV (few channels with lots of snow)

Couch (someone could sleep on but not great)

Kitchen Table & 4 Chairs

Smoke Detector

Running water (from lake) (we have used this for years to wash dishes, shower, etc., but not to drink)

Hot water

4 deck chairs

Picnic table

 

What you need to bring:

Linen for Beds, sleeping bags, etc.

Towels, Dish Cloth, Tea Towels

Drinking water

Watershoes (thanks to Zebra Muscles)

Boat/water toys (dock can accommodate aluminum boat or canoe)
