Rental Policy and Rates:

Our cottage is available to small families or a small number of mature couples or adult individuals (min. 25 years old). Potential guests will be requested to complete a short rental agreement form. We expect guests to care for our cottage as if it were their own and to follow the cottage guidelines provided. In particular, we request that the cottage be left in the condition found by the guests.  If you are not comfortable cleaning our cottage then please do not rent from us. Guests will be required to provide a damage/ cleaning deposit.  Smoking is not permitted in the cottage or on the property.  Pets are allowed but please keep them on a leash when outside the cottage.

The cottage will normally be available on a one or two-week basis during the summer, and by the weekend or week during the off-season, with the rental fee varying accordingly. Weekly rentals normally begin on Saturday afternoon at 5:00 P.M. and end on Saturday at 11 am. Please enquire about other arrangements

The cottage is available from May 1 to November 1.  Rates are $900 per week from July 1st to Labour Day.  Outside this peak the cottage is available for the week-end at $300 or the week at $500.

Rates, Deposits and Payment:
Rates are provided in Canadian funds. 

In addition, a refundable security deposit of $250 will be charged. This deposit will be refunded within two weeks if no repair, replacement or cleaning is required (other than normal wear and tear). Additional cleaning will be charged at $50 per hour. Any damage beyond $250 will be the responsibility of the renter.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due upon booking, payable by cheque or cash.  The balance is due 4 weeks before the start of your rental.  All cancellations will incur a minimum $100 admin fee.  Renters cancelling within 4 weeks of the rental date will have their balance refunded (less admin fee) if we can find a replacement renter.
