 The Petal was smallest production camera ever made. It was manufactured by Sakura in occupied Japan in 1948. Round and hexagonal versions can be found, the latter being the rarer. The camera, seen here against an English £1 coin, measured no more than 3 cm in diameter and took six minute pictures on a disc of film. Return to home page |
