Drop-in 5 Rhythms classes take place weekly on Wednesdays (with David Ellis) and on Fridays (with a range of different teachers) from September 23rd. Cathy Ryan is continuing her Gateways ongoing group with a new one starting in January 2012, for those who wish to dive deeply into this amazing practice. On one Sunday each month Louise de Caux offers 'Simply Dancing with our Hearts'. Come and join us, whatever your dance experience!
