CRFC Youth and mini section are also committed to the development
of parents skills to develop the players.
The under 7’s support staff consist of:

3 RFU Level 1 qualified coaches

9 RFU Tag rugby qualified coaches (with an additional 7 coaches
by the end ofOctober)

3 Tag rugby qualified referees
-
3 Tag rugby qualified first aiders
All of which received the above training at CRFC, all of which are
encouraged to develop these skills further
under the guidance of CRFC and the
