To know his spiritual gift(s) so that his primary role in ministry will be to use his gift(s) as God leads

The church body as a whole will:
Be mobilized by a team consisting of an apostle, prophet, evangelist,
pastor and teacher

Function as purely as possible by our spiritual giftedness
