YES! you have to JOIN usoda to race this race as it is a qualifier. This race will have Champion RBW colors and GREEN learning fleets you can watch these fleets right off the beach.
Cannot find a place to stay because of OLD days then try Ventura or Goleta the drive will save you $$$.
