For all Summit
Attendees:
We have assigned scribes
the responsibility of uploading your
slides to
their computer so the entire process will be less cumbersome. They will also take notes for a
meeting
summary to be submitted for publication, after you approve your
portion.
Some meeting/slides
logistics:
- Please forward your
slides to your assigned scribe by Friday June 25th by email (see
below, find
the scribe's email address next to your name). If you need
to submit your slides during the conference, please submit them to
Chow at the
registration desk as early as possible. If you are a speaker during a
morning
session, please submit by 8 am when the registration desk opens. If
you are a
speaker during an afternoon session, please submit by the beginning of
the
lunch break.
- Scribes
and Chow will be
available in the Imperial Foyer area to accept slides between 7:45
and 8:15 a.m.
and between 12:15 and 12:45 p.m. both days.

compress your figures, some PC cannot read MAC figures when they’re
