So Friday/Saturday I made my daughter's 7th birthday cake. I took pictures of how it came together and I'm going to go type up the how tos with pictures. Here we go! :)

Happy February! This is a super busy month for me with 4 cakes, a cake class that I'm teaching (hahaha), and a baby shower at the end of the month. Lots of fun, lots of work, and lots of creative outlet! So with that being said, there will be a lot of updates about cakes, recipes, and how-to's. I'm going to try a tutorial of my daughters 7th birthday cake (A gift box), with lots of pictures, and an uh-oh category for when things go wrong. If you have anything you want to see or if you have questions just ask! I'll be happy to answer them, or find out where you can find them!

I'll be working over the next few days/weeks on updating the site with a few new pages...A page on couponing, (a very brief page since I still don't know what I'm doing, just that its pretty awesome), One of them will be the blog that I wrote about a non-runner running a 5k! And I'll be showing some cake decorating techniques to some friends in February, so I'll be adding a cakes/decorating page here for help! Hello everyone! Welcome to the new site. I'll try and get everything from the old one on here, Sorry for the change. Google updated everything so that I can't change the old page anymore; since this is their new platform. I do like it better so far... Easy links on the Left, including one to the message board; always a plus!
