What is it?

Clipboard Saver is a google desktop sidebar plugin.  It's a gadget that  saves clipboard activity to allow the user to restore them quickly and easily. 

Ever wanted to find out what you've copied 5 minutes ago? Tired of switching between windows to do multiple copy-paste operations? This nifty tool tracks the user's clipboard activity, allowing the user to scroll through and quickly restore an item to the clipboard!

Known problems  or "as designed":

• [As designed] All clipboard activity is logged.  So every time you press Ctrl-C or 'Copy' the entry would be saved.
• [As designed] When some applications are exiting, they post their clipboard data onto the clipboard.  My plugin logs all activities to the clipboard, so this is expected.
• [As designed]  There's a time-out period between the collection of clipboard data to prevent abuse.  Hence, when the user clicks an old item very quickly, the item is deleted but not restored to the clipboard.
• [As designed] Rich text format only displays the text but not an image.  Maybe this will change in the future.
• When copying files, only the first file's name is listed.
• When copying pictures, sometimes the picture dimensions and description text is not available in the panel display - I don't know why that is...
