The Center for the Advancement of Healthcare Education and Delivery (C-AHEAD) is
a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization designed to help small medical practices improve
health care delivery and health care education. Currently 75% of all physicians work in
medical practices of 5 physicians or less. C-AHEAD develops new and evaluates
existing health care delivery and educational strategies that encourage small medical
practices to adopt the six core principles for health care established by the Institute of
medicine:
