­­Dr. Jia Li is a lecturer in low carbon energy at the University of Exeter. Her main research interests include the process design and optimisation in post-combustion capture, gasification in pre-combustion capture, water consumption in CO2 capture, CO2 capture ready design, planning and retrofit. In the past five years, she has contributed to a number of International low carbon research and commercial projects. She i­s also frequently acting as energy technology advisor for a number of Chinese and multilateral institutes.
