Cafe Sci Penwith started out in St.Ives Arts club in 2008, then was moved to Penzance Arts club in 2009 to allow more people easier access i.e. easy parking and better train service.  The meetings ended towards the end of 2009.

Meetings started again in March 2010 and have covered a variety of topics from 'What does Chemistry tell us about the stock market' to 'Bats and bat care in Cornwall'.
 
We usually meet at the Union Hotel, on Chapel Street, Penzance on the first Monday of each month at 7 till 9pm-ish.
