Registration Information

To register online using a credit card, go to CADDA CONFERENCE REGISTRATION.

To register by mail, fax or phone, follow the instructions and complete the enclosed registration form on page 12 of our brochure available at the bottom of this page.

Conference Fees: One person for one day $25.00; one person for 2 days $40; family rate for two people attending both days is $65 combined. Credit card charges are being processed through Autism Ontario - London. Conference registration includes: key note presentations; exhibitors; educational sessions; conference dinner(s).

Please Note: your registration constitutes acceptance of your Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations received after April 14th but prior April 21st will be granted a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after April 21st. You are invited to send a substitute in your place.
There will be a $25 service charge on all NSF cheques.
Personal information being used by the conference organizers is for CADDA purposes only. Your personal information will not be distributed to any parties not associated with this conference.
Your registration constitutes acknowledgement and willingness to appear in photographs and/or videos taken during the CADDA conference and releases the conference organizers from liability resulting from the use of such photographs and/or videos. (If you disagree with this, please see personnel at the registration desk when you arrive at the conference.)
Receipts will be issued by mail as requested by participant on the registration form. Full address details are required to process this request.
