i'll get better at loading it over time. though i know from the full-size dishwasher i had back in missouri that the fiestaware bowls are huge space-suckers (where i fit 3 bowls here i could fit 8 dinner plates). anyway, these are dishes i'd collected in the dishpan from friday through tonight (though i wasn't home for lunch or dinner on saturday). i could have fit a little more in, probably could have waited until tomorrow night, but i really wanted to run it tonight. at least for now, i'm still going to wash pots and pans by hand, but people keep telling me that they come out fine in modern dishwashers. we'll see...
