This is a postcard I created to mail out to our farmers market customer list.  Certainly a similar postcard could be produced using the BFBL logo instead of our market logo to give it a professional look. 

To create your own, use the attachment "Postcard Mailing" below and customize with your own pictures and text.  This is a standard Word document and is set to print 4 postcards per 8.5 X 11 sheet of cardstock.  You can buy cardstock that is already perforated for 4 postcards, although you could just cut them out too.   

Recipes have proven their worth in a farmers market setting to get customers to buy.  Often a vegetable is unfamiliar and a simple recipe which really features the vegetable pushes a customer to take the risk.

As a BGBL member, please use this recipe collection to promote your products.  Each recipe has a color and black&white version as a pdf document, set up to print 4 postcards per standard 11 X 8.5 sheet of cardstock or paper.  A recipe is on the front and some information about the Buy Fresh Buy Local campaign is on the back.
