Are you concerned about traffic safety at Burr School and across Newton? Would you like to see more families walking to school? Please consider joining the Burr Safe Routes Committee. Each elementary school has a Safe Routes Committee that addresses traffic and pedestrian safety issues at their school and encourages families to walk whenever possible. These committees work together as part of the Newton Safe Routes to School Task Force to address these issues on a city-wide basis.
