Future Programming includes continuing to fund the Japanese pre-K program at Burr, and the Lookingglass Theater program which runs through Grade 6. We would also like to start putting money aside for staff positions such as a Physical Education teacher or a Technology coordinator, both needed positions. Right now we have been lucky to have two full-day Kindergarten classes fully funded, but CPS only commits to fund half-day Kindergarten classes. Friends of Burr would love to be able to help with Kindergarten in the future if needed.
