Video Links-The attached video links are not absolutes on instructions.  For the most part they are fundamentally sound instructions that players may understand.  In baseball there is no one way to do anything.  There are some fundamentals that enable a player to develop but there are not absolutes.  I would question the competence of any instructor who believes there is only one way to hit, pitch, or catch-obviously every player has different athletic attributes.  Compare Pete Rose to Hank Aaron one is the best base hitter of all time and the other is one of the greatest home run hitters of all time.  Both were very successful in baseball.  Cal Ripken Jr and Omar Vizquel both are gold glove shortstops but with very different styles.   The videos in some cases cover mechanics of specific skills or the aspects of making a play.  They all have instructional value or are just entertaining.
