1. Pre-paid tickets will be picked up at the school upon arrival. There will be a will-call table set up.2. There will be a pumpkin decorating contest. Each family can bring a pumpkin to the Fall Festival and there will be a prize for the best design. 3. Volunteers of Baked goods should drop their cakes off on Friday morning.

Come learn the ABC's of Room Parenting For your convenience, we will hold two training sessions on Tuesday September 6th. You need only attend one.
Morning Session - 7:30 AM Evening Session - 6:30 PM
Both sessions will be held at Burch Elementary. If you've not yet RSVP'd us, please click the link below to submit your RSVP. This will help us get an idea of how many to expect at each training session.

A new pre-approved letter for the December Holiday Party has been posted for your use this week, 3 - Holiday Party. This letter requests money rather than food donations and is formatted as a "fill-in-the-blank". It may also be edited online, provided you save a copy of the file for yourself first. |

You'll need to get the letters you'll be sending to your classes turned in to Mrs. Walters some time this week to allow her time to approve them. Parties are set for 1:00 pm on Thursday, December 16th this year in your classrooms. As always, there is a pre-approved December Party Letter available for your convenience on the right-hand sidebar of this site. |

Our training sessions will take place Tuesday, Sept. 7th. A breakfast session at 8:00 am. A dessert session at 6:00 pm. We are offering two times to ensure all our room parents may attend, but both sessions will be held in the media center of the school. |

We are in desparate need of people willing to help coordinate our Fall Festival Plans this year! This event has always been so loved by our children and is in danger of not taking place this year! Our key organizer for this event has moved onto Middle School with her children. Please consider taking part in pulling this event together for Burch this year. Contact any member of our PTO board for more info. |
