Robin’s note:
I made this for my friends 40th birthday party the other night and people RAVED about it!! Enjoy!!

1 c. frozen sliced peaches
2 ounces champagne
1 ounce peach schnappes (used 2 oz)
1 ounce vodka ( used Smirnoff Silver)
4 ounces (1/2 c.) Kerns peach nectar*
1 tsp superfine sugar (my addition)
2 or 3 ice cubes

*In NH, you can not get the peach nectar - you may beable to somewhere, but not anywhere I was going so what I did was mix up a fuzzy naval mix using 1/4 c. orange juice and 1/4 c. peach schnappes. It worked ok for the drink - ALSO, you can not get frozen sliced peaches either - I froze canned peaches on a cookie sheet. I drained and blotted them and it worked out just fine.

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for approximately 30 seconds or until blended and the drink is smooth. Pour into a 12-ounce glass and serve with a straw. Makes 1 drink

Cyndy's note: You can omit the champagne and use Ginger Ale and leave out the schnapps and add Torani Peach syrup in the same amounts for a non alcoholic beverage.
