80:365 Intervals and new shoes
So, i run, only i run in the most lame-ass way ever - intervals. This is because until my allergies and asthma were under control (only in the last three years) and until my sinuses were rebuilt (2 years ago) i really couldn't run. Soooo, everyone else learned to do this in elementary school and i'm only learning to do it in my 30's. So, here i am, on an interval break. i try to make it 2/3 running and only 1/3 full breaks (sometimes there is some walking in there because i am such a spaz i cannot hop on and off the treadmill belt at full speed) i also have a bad knee, and feet that cramp up. So, here are my new shoes. Despite looking like superman shoes, they do not make me run faster than a speeding bullet. They do not make me enjoy running more. They do seem to help with the foot cramping.
