Selling your home?  Requests for a disclosure packet must be requested in writing by the titled homeowner to the association's address of record (above).  This request triggers the first of two inspections by the Architectural Control Committee (the 2nd occurs just prior to your settlement).  The disclosure packet and the results of the inspection (including any violations) will be delivered to titled homeowner within 14 days of the receipt of this letter and homeowner will be invoiced as described in the form "Request for Disclosure Packet Form" (found in the Homeowners' Forms section of this website.  Homeowners are advised to request the disclosure packet early in their home selling process as it will take 14 days to process the request.

 

IMPORTANT!   If you intend to perform ANY repairs or work on the exterior of your home, please read this. We have had a number of homeowners who, in response to Architectural Control Committee (ACC) violations, have completed work on their home without receiving written approval from the ACC.  The form to complete in order to receive approval from the ACC can be found in Homeowners' Forms
