I am a fresh engineer in information technology. I have completed my last-year-project on the field of Bio-informatic. I'm now exploring the financial markets. My point of attraction are datamining, genetic algorithm, database, and parallel computing, grid-computiing optimisation.. I am kind of curious, determined and creative.
About my personal interest, i like movies, books about science fiction and heroic fantasy, and i am regularly doing sport.

Realization of a biological-data extractor. - LRI (Orsay, France)
Conducted by S.Cohen-Boulakia and in collaboration with F. Radvanyi and F. Reyal, Curie Institut, Paris. Realization of a software in order to extract data from main biogicical data sources (NCBI and EBI). It aims at allow you a simplified access to genes, and comparison betweens genes under the lights of differents filters.

Extraction of relevant results in heterogeneous biological sources. - LRI (Orsay, France)
Creation of algorithm to rank the results get from miscellaneous biological organization (OMIM, ENTREZGENE,...). Those development were done in the BioGuide project. For example, if you're looking for genes related to a diseases : some algorithms will put in foreground genes which are related and well-known by the scientist, some others will show promising genes.
