Town Facility Rentals

TOWN OF BRUNO RULES FOR HALL RENTAL

 

1.             Fire Regulations:

-       Maximum capacity of 500.  Exits must be clear.

2.             Renter Must:

- Enforce “no drinks on dance floor” rule.

-       Pour beer into plastic cups.  No glass is to leave from behind the bar.

-      Take down all decorations   -Completely clear tables of drinks, etc.

-      Pick up all garbage    -Bag all garbage and put it near the south west exit door in the hall.  If there is a function on Friday and Saturday, the renter from Friday must haul their garbage away.  -Make sure before leaving that all stoves, ovens, and lights have been turned off.  Leave the fridges plugged in.

3.             Renter Must Not:

-      Use any tape, staples, or tacks on the walls.  Use the ledges and borders in the middle of the                       wall

-      Hang any decoration on or from the ceiling

-      Use staples or tacks on the tables

4.             Additional Notes:

-       If any of the beverage trays are missing, broken or burnt, you must replace them. The cost is $5.00 per tray.  If anything from the kitchen is missing or damaged, it must be replaced.

-       Place all dishes and towels where they belong.

-       Tables and chairs may be moved or rearranged but may never be placed on the dance floor, with the exception of the Head Table.

-       Tables and chairs that have been moved or rearranged must be returned to their original position.  If tables and chairs have been taken from the Bowling Alley or anywhere else, they must be returned after the function.

-        The new blue chairs must be stacked in sets of 8 and placed back in the corner.  Only these chairs are allowed on the dance floor.

-            Pop canisters are $35.00 each + GST.  Every canister tapped must be paid for in full.  No other source of pop can be brought into the hall.

-            Hall rent is to be paid at the Town Office and keys must be returned to town office on the first working day following the function.

5.             Hall Rental:

-      Must be paid to the Town of Bruno immediately following the function.

-      $400.00 + GST. a function if using the kitchen and bar (4 ovens and 2 stoves)

-      $300.00 a function without using the kitchen ovens or bar.

-      $300.00 for funerals

-      Additional $100.00 + GST for every day used before and after the function.

-      $500.00 damage deposit must be paid when keys are picked up.  It will not be returned     until the caretaker has checked the hall.

-      $100.00 (no GST on deposit) deposit required when booked.

-      jiggers are available-must be returned to town office with keys.

The stage is 28’ wide and 16’ deep

Tables are 5’ long. (50 tables 350 chairs)
