Our League bowling has come to an end for this season. Hope everyone had a good time and will return in the fall. Our After School participants for the 2011/2012 season had a great time learning how to bowl and improving techniques. Thanks to Laurel and Allen Greyson for donating the Participation Medals that each of the children took home as a remembrance. Have a great summer kids, see you in the fall.

This month has been a busy month with the start of training and a demo fire truck coming to be tried out. The training is going as planned and we should be out and about doing hands on training as the weather warms up. This month also saw me attend my first fire chiefs convention in Moose Jaw. This was a very busy weekend that had lots of information and provided me with a chance to network as well. It was a long three days but well worth it. I also stated that we had a demo truck come for us to look at. We are currently in the market for a different truck and this was an option that we thought might suit our needs. It was a cold night but fun was had by all. Thanks to all those who attended and asked questions, it was much appreciated. |
