Capital letters be gone?!

As you may know the Caps Lock key is firmly placed in a good spot close to keys used in most computers games, however the key also makes you write in capital letters. This is often really annoying if you push it without the intent of doing so. With this register file you can change Caps Lock with the rarely used Sroll Lock and make the actual Caps Lock key usefull for other things than writing in capital letters. If you for some reason want to type in capital letters simply push the Scroll Lock key, which is now Caps Lock, instead.
