Within the past 2 years we have changed our East Middle School PSG to run as a not-for-profit Organization in order to better help in aiding our staff members and students. We offer financial assistance staff members, grade level teams, community educational programs and a student scholarship that all East Middle School students may be eligible to receive. The money allocated to teams and or staff members may be used to help subsidise fieldtrips, new equipment, a team project, and so on.
EMS PSG does not have monthly meetings like on the Elementary level. Our officers meet the first Tuesday of each month at 7:45 am with the Adminitrators. Anyone is welcome, but it is not necessary.
You can help us in raising funds for all of these great things by helping to participate in the following areas: BoxTops - You can clip 10¢ Box Tops coupons from hundreds of your favorite products such as Cheerios®, Betty Crocker®, Juicy Juice®, Ziploc®, Kleenex®, Hefty® and more! These are collected by teams with the winning team will collect a cash prize from the PSG. Last year BoxTops earned our school $
Garment Sales - This is new to East this year and it looks to be an exciting start of something new. We will offer clothing, bags, window decals, sports yard signs and team shirts. Special Activities - Throughout the school year the PSG will offer Candy-Grams, Pie-in-the-face for your favorite teacher, spirit week and other spirit building activities to help raise money for our staff and students. |
