Free yoga classes are for all skill levels
By Ken Neuhauser The Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness is offering free yoga classes from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. today, next Thursday and Dec. 18 at the Center for Health Equity, 2422 W. Chestnut St.
The classes are open to the general public and to those of all ability levels.
The classes are conducted by instructors from Yoga East through a Mayor's Healthy Hometown Movement mini-grant. Additional yoga classes will be scheduled after the holidays.
