Field Day Pre Order Lunch Forms

Field Day is Friday September 4 - Preorders and $$ are due Wednesday August 26th!

Each hotdog lunch costs $3.00 and inlcudes one hotdog, a bag of chipc, a cookie, and a drink..

an extra hot dog can be included in your pre-order lunch for an additional $1.00.

Other items which will be sold ala carte Field Day and can not be pre-ordered:

Push UP Design Contest due August 27th if you are submitting your design for the competition. Due Monday August 31st if not submitting.

Vocabulary Word Work – due Friday, August 28th – choose 5 words from free Rice and design cards to use as a study aide.

Cards should include the following:

· Word spelled correctly

· Definition

· Visual aid / symbol. illustration

· Sentence(s) showing the word being used in context
