7th Grade Language Arts We will continue to revise our Dr. King essays with final copies due on Wednesday. Expository reading is the instructional reading focus for the next two weeks. On Friday we will have a Core Content Reading Assessment. The Character Counts Project/Coat of Arms is due on Friday. If you want your design to be entered into the contest, it must be submitted no later than Wednesday.

7th Grade Social Studies This week we are working on an opinion piece on the presidential election process. Monday and Tuesday will be research days and writing preparation. Wednesday and Thursday we will have peer discussions. On Friday we will all be in the writing lab where students will be expected to produce two paragraphs of their piece. 7th and 8th grade Social studies link assignment info, map, and writing outline (due Friday)
