Important Information for Washington, DC Trip

Dates and Times:

Wednesday, March 18, 2009 – arrive at Louisville airport (Southwest Airlines) at 6:00 AM for departure

Friday, March 20, 2009 – pick up students at Louisville airport at 8:45PM (Southwest Airlines)

Cost:

Students $465 (includes $25/day for food which will be distributed daily)

Adults $400 (does not include food allowance)

Deposit and Payment Schedule:

December 4, 2008 - $100 deposit due (non-refundable)

January 21, 2009 – balance due

All students must have an official picture ID.  These are available at the drivers’ license bureau (need birth certificate AND social security card).
