Brown Ledge Skiers Unite!

Have You Heard?  You can double your donation to the Ski Boat Fund!  Alums Greg & Stina Pepin and Abbey Dodd have offered to match donations up to $10,000 in total. Offer ends June 5th so time is of the essence.

Why?  To celebrate our glorious past, present, and future.  We inhabited the coolest (literally!) place in camp, starting in the earliest Brown Ledge days with a board towed behind a Chris Craft and continuing on through the decades with slalom and trick skiing, wakeboarding and the iconic ski show pyramid. 

Our faithful ski boat is sputtering to the end of its days and we need to raise $30,000 to buy a new (probably used) one.  We are contacting all former waterskiers and boat drivers to launch the campaign.  Will you help by sending a donation?  When you do, please email us a digital picture of yourself along with a message to BLCskiboat@gmail.com so that we can add it to the gallery (see donor gallery).  To donate online to the ski boat, click on the link in the sidebar on the left of this page.  Once on the donation page of the BLC web site, fill out the donation form.  In the text box at the bottom of the donation page, type in that you would like your donation to go to the ski boat. If you would rather, you may mail a donation check to Brown Ledge Camp, 25 Wilson Street, Burlington, VT 05401.

The ski dock has been the site of such laughter and joy.  Getting up on waterskis for the first time, crossing the wakes, dropping a ski.  Young faces beam with pride at every accomplishment today, just as they did when you were at camp.  Help us keep it going with a donation to the ski boat fund.  As donations arrive, the boat will turn from black & white to color.
