 Welcome to the Brown Elementary PSG website. As a parent of a Brown Elementary student, you are a memeber of the PSG (Parent Staff Group). We hope this website will keep you informed about what is happening within our PSG as well as how you can become more involved with Brown Elementary. If you can't find what you are looking for, please feel free to contact us. We are always looking for volunteers and help with many of our school wide committees.
Brown Bonanza
Please plan now to attend this Fun Family Night February 17! Pizza dinner will be available from 5:30-7:30, Carnival games and other activities will run from 6:00-8:00, and the Silent Auction will wrap up at 8:00 as well. We need your help! If each student brings 10 Box Tops to gym class by February 24th, we will be renting a bounce house for all the students to enjoy the last week of school. Please contact Mrs. McMullen or Faith Hoskins (fhoskins@indy.rr.com) if you have any questions!
12th Annual Brown Elementary Flower Sale Orders accepted until Friday March 23rd, Delivery just in time for Mother’s Day!!
Flower Sale time is here again! Brown offers a huge selection of beautiful and excellent quality flats of flowers, hanging baskets, planters and perennials! Items are comparably priced to local stores and nurseries and they help benefit the kids at Brown Elementary, so tell your friends and family about them! Pre-orders (with payments) will be accepted at Brown until Friday, March 23rd. We accept cash, check, and credit card. Check out the Flower Sale website at www.brownsburg.k12.in.us/brown/psg to view some of the items available and to print copies of the order form. Flower pick up will be on Wednesday, May 9th from 2 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. in the parking lot behind Brown. All orders must be picked up by 5:30 p.m. or they will be resold and NO REFUNDS will be given. We need volunteers to help on the day of pick up on May 9th. If you are interested in helping, please call Dawn Mayer at 695-4896.
Spirit Wear
Spirit Wear sales begin this week!!! Order forms were sent home today and orders are due February 24th. Please contact Kim Berry at ksberry@iquest.net if you have any questions!
 Our next scrip order is due Monday, February 27th at 9am. Please make sure the order form is complete and you submit your payment in full. We will accept cash, check or credit cards. Scrip order forms can be found on the Brown PSG website.

Brown raised $1200 to donate to Payton Manning Children’s Hospital!
The YMCA’s before and after school program that is currently running at Delaware Trail this year will be offered at Brown next year. The program starts at 630 AM and last until the start of school and the program resumes at the close of school until 6 PM. They open early on Wednesday afternoons to accommodate the early dismissal. The Y also hosts school’s out camps as well when school is not in session (winter break, fall break, MLK etc.). The YMCA will also offer a summer camp this year in Brownsburg.
The Program Director, Tom Hoffman will be presenting an overview of the YMCA program at the PSG meeting on January 24th. He will be available that night to answer all of your questions!
Our next PSG meeting is on Tuesday, February 21st at 6pm. We hope to see you there!

KidzArt Coming Soon! Brown Elementary will be hosting a KidzArt program beginning in March. It is an afterschool program that is exciting and a great enrichment for your children!
