What the PTA do..... The PTA aims to raise funds to help make the school's budget go further, improve our children's
educational opportunities, to provide a feedback to the school and hopefully to add something to the spirit of the community. Who are the PTA..... You may not know it but as a parent of a child at the school you are already a member of the PTA, how much you chose to be involved is up to you. Obviously the more people who are involved the better we can be at assisting the school, the children, their parents and the community.  In 2010/2011 we donated £7600 to the school. This was used to update projectors used with the classroom smartboards, hold curriculum enrichment events and trips 'Roman Day', Artists in Schools and Drama days. The pond area was also re-vamped and new Netball posts purchased as well as covering the costs of our Year 6 Leavers annual party. 2011/2012 Donations. Over the Summer holidays long overdue upgrade of laptops was completed (approx £10k) and we have also agreed to donate a further £12,575 across all Key Stages, this includes £4000 to expand Reception outdoor space to support adherence to Foundation learning principals. | Previous Events 'Around the World' Quiz - Sat 28 Jan A huge thanks to all of you that supported this event either by coming along on the evening or donating Raffle prizes.
