WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR YOUR SON (AND WHERE TO GET IT) One of the fun things about scouting is wearing a uniform. The uniform shows the boy’s progress through scouting, and should be a source of pride for your son. Listed below are the basics that you will need to outfit your scout. The Uniform Inspection Sheets in the downloads section of this website show where every patch and badge should be placed on the uniform. There is one sheet for Tigers, Wolves and Bears (Grades 1-3), and a separate sheet for Webelos (Grades 4 -5). Consider buying your sons’ handbook during the summer before the school year starts. Many of the accomplishments for advancement are easily done in the summer time, when the weather is good, school is out, and before the Fall onset of soccer and other activities.
