PSPx2 tube of choice,i used the work of Tony Tzanoukakis.You can purchase his work at MPT. Plz do not use same artist as me without valid MPT License. PTU Kit called 2011 by Addictive Pleasures can be purchase at DreamsnDigital. My Template which is included below. font called Cocktail Let's get Going!!!! Open the template I provided & Delete my watermark.
Close off all layers but raster 2 layer.Adjust.Add/Remove Noise. Add Noise with these settings.Uniform.Monochrome,Noise48.Click OK. Do this for all remaining Black Layers except Raster 8 Layer. Open Raster 3 Layer.Drag a paper of choice from kit into psp.I used Paper10. Use magicwand to select.C/P as new layer.Selections.Invert.Delete.Deselect. Rename this Layer R3.Delete Raster3.Repeat for Copy of Raster3 Layer.Now delete the original & rename. Jump up onto Raster 5 Layer.Magicwand,Select.Choose another paper. I chose p12.C/P as a new layer. Selections.Invert.Delete.Deselect.Delete original layer.Now repeat again on Raster Layer7 using P6. Open remaining layers.Now its time to have sum fun with it.. Drag champagne & champagne glasses into psp. C/P champagne as new layer.Resize to 60%.Place in center of circle but towards the bottom. Move your bling wordart to the top of image.Now paste champagne glass as new layer.Resize to 55%. Place on left side of champagne.Use your pick tool to turn slightly right.Repeat for last champagne glass. Delete Raster8.Paste your tube as new layer.Place where you like best.Jump bk down to your bottom layer. Drag fireworks into psp.C/P as new layer.Move this layer above your Raster Layers.Duplicate.Image,Mirror. Use mine above for placement or just use your imagination. Now drag the mask,watch & hat into psp.Paste the hat as new layer.Resize to 45%. Place where you like.Do this for the mask & watch also. Jump onto your bling bling layer.Move back down to the bottom.Add a small inner bevel of choice. Add your copywrite.
Add your name using the cocktail font size 24,BG set to a color from tube. Convert to raster layer.
Add the same noise as we did before.
Add same inner bevel.Image. Resize all layers to 80%.Merge all visible.
