This Tutorial was written on 12.28.10 by me BrokenAngel.
Any Resemblence to other tutorials is purely accidental.
You will need working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed

PSPX2
Tube of choice.I am using the work Keith Garvey which you must purchase at MPT.
Plz do not use same tube as above without valid license.
PTU Kit called New Year by Tamie from Addictive Pleasures Love these kits.
You can purchase this beautiful kit at Dreams n Digital.
font of of choice.I used a fat font called Franklin Gothic which is psp default.

Let's get Started!!

Open a 715x675 blank image.
Set your preset shape to diamond,
Width 7.00,line style solid,anti-alias and create as vector both checked.BG Black,FG #cdcaca.
Draw out a large Diamond.Convert to Raster Layer.
Use your magicwand to select the center of diamond.
Drag Paper12 into psp.
C/P as new layer onto diamond.Selections.Invert.Delete.
Now paste your tube as new layer inside diamond.I used a closeup.Hit Delete.Deselect.
Change the BlendMode to Luminance (L).
Drag Filmstrip into psp.C/P as new layer.Resize to 60%.
Place at the top & use picktool to turn slightly upwards from bottom right node.
Use magicwand to select inside each frame of your poloroid.Drag Paper11 into psp.
C/P as New Layer onto poloroid.Selections.Modify.Expand by 2.Invert.Delete.Deselect.
Move paper layer below poloroid layer.
Drag Fireworks & Starburst into psp.C/P starburst as new layer.
Move this layer to the bottom of all layers but above your bg layer.Now repeat for fireworks.
I duplicated the fireworks then flipped it.Move this layer above your 2 diamond layers.
Drag Clock into psp.Paste as new layer.Resize to 75%.
Place at bottom right side .
Now C/P your 2nd close-up tube as new layer.
Place her on left side at bottom.
Now repeat for main tube but place her on left side.
See mine above for exact placement.
Use some of the elements from the kit to spice it up alittle.I used the glasses,mask & balloons.
If you are happy with it,let's move on.
Set your font to Franklin Gothic Heavy,size 36,BG #e2b285,FG #0e0e0e.
Type out the number 2.Convert to raster.Add a noise of 48.Place inside poloroid frame 1.
Now do this for remaining numbers 011 seperatly of course.
Now add your name and repeat the noise.
Add your copywrite.Save as png.
