This Tutorial was written on 12.30.10 by me BrokenAngel.

Supplies Needed
PSPx2
Tube of choice.I am using the work of EliasChatzoudis.You can purchase his work at MPT.
Plz Do Not use same tube as me without valid license.
PTU Kit called Celebrate by Tamie (AddictivePleasures),You can buy this kit at Dreams n Digital.
Font called Party by Tom-Dafont.com
AnimationShop

Let's Begin.

Open a 950x950 blank image.
Set your preset shape to Rectangle,width13,BG Null,FG to MetalBrass Gradient.
Draw out a small rectangle on left side.Convert to Raster Layer.
Now duplicate twice.Move these 2 rectangles below each other.
Repeat this step except draw a large one for the right side.
Now lets have some fun with it.
.Still on your larger frame layer.Use magicwand to select the center.Selections.Modify,Expand by 3.
Drag a paper of choice from kit,I used p12.
Set your paper as your BG.Add new layer.Floodfill with paper.Selections.Select None.
Move your paper layer below your frame layer.
Jump down to your top small frame.Magicwand.Select center.Selections.Modify.Expand by 3.
Add new layer.Floodfill with #d32c2a.Deselect.
Move this layer below your frame layer.Now repeat this for last 2 frames.
Drag the text2 into psp.
C/P as new layer.Image.Free Rotate.Rotate by 90 Left.Click Ok.
Position in center of frames.Drag mirrirball into psp.
C/P as new layer.
Place in larger frame at the top.
Drag fireworks into psp.Paste onto image as new layer.Place at the top inbetween the frames.
Duplicate & resize to 80%.
Move down just a bit & over to the right.Duplicate 2 more times and move down.
Drag 2011 into psp.Paste as new layer onto image.
Place in larger frame at the bottom.Make sure this layer is below fireworks layer.
Now paste your tube as new layer.I resized mine to 135%.
Place on left side on frames.I then added the bubble from kit.
Place on left side on frames.Duplicate.Flip.
I then added the cracker element from kit.
Image.Resize to 85%.Place at bottom on the 2011.
See mine above for placement.Add other elements you may like.
I added the mask & streamers.Place them where you like.
Image.Resize All layers to 70%.
Add your copywrite.
Set your font to Party by Tom,size 30,BG #f9e789,FG Null.Type out your name.Convert to Raster.
Place where you like.
Drag Sparkles into psp from kit.
Use your selection tool to make a selection around the largest star.
C/P as new layer onto image.Place on your Letter C of Celebration.
Now jump onto your Celebration layer.
Use magicwand to select the letter C.Add a noise of 45,Uniform & Monochrome checked.Click Ok.Deselect.Edit.CopyMerged.
Paste into Aniamtionshop as new animation.
Back to Psp.
Move your star down to next letter.
Jumo to your Celebration Layer.Magicwand to select the letter E.Add Noise of 46%.Deselect.
Edit.CopyMerged.Paste into Animationshop after currentframe.
Back to PSP.
Repaet these steps for remaining letters making sure you move the star also.
You should end up with 9 frames total.
Now in AninationShop.
Edit.SelectAll.View Aniamtion.
Save as gif.
