The Forest of Arden became the first venue to host the Cyder Cup three times in 2010, as old foes Smithy (defending) and Kinger (challenging) took on the capataincy.    A ridculous shirt selection by Kinger had Smithy's boys feeling like they were one up before a ball was struck by on the face of it, the pairs line ups looked pretty even.  Reality was very different however as point after point rolled in for the defending champions who went in over night with a 4-0 white wash lead.  With plenty to ponder overnight, Kinger had no choice but to front load his order which paid dividends when the first three big hitters all won thier respective matches, Skinner with the noteable scalm of Jameson 6&5.  Smithy however had countered the front load appraoch, keeping some solid Cyder Cup experience in the middle order and wins for Thomas, Dominguez, Evans and Tout brought home an 8-4 victory and with it, the chance to land the hatrick in 2011.
