Brno Complex Event Processing Group

Complex Event Processing (CEP) as a powerful set of methods and tools for recognition/identification and proper reactions upon events that can be manifold, complex, and transient. It recently gains on importance in many areas of applied informatics, it finds its primary applications in Business Process Management and related fields.

Common applications of CEP include algorithmic stock trading, fraud detections, business activity monitoring, or (network) quality and security monitoring.
