Motivation is the key to getting up and out of bed on a Saturday morning - but with the mornings being pleasantly cooler now, its a great time of the year to be working toward your health & fitness goals. Autumn and Winter are my favourite seasons in Australia as you don't get cooked just leaving the aircon and doing some outdoor exercise! My Kettlebell class is a great extension to any kickboxing or boxing style workout you may also be involved with as KB exercises improve power and dynamic force, adding power to your punching and kicking.
