Welcome to the Wine Bar!

Owner & Head Chef, Carolyn Riggs is proud to welcome you to the Brick Cellar!  Known to the locals as the "Wine Bar," we specialize in wine by the glass, martinis, and the largest selection of vodka, gin and single malt scotch in the Valley.

The Brick Cellar opened its doors in September 2002 and has since been the trend-setting, laid back classy establishment that locals and visitors alike flock to.  Chef Carolyn is honored to welcome you to Gunnison and looks forward to raising a toast with you during your visit!

We're not just known for our fantastic beverage list, but our new seasonal menu features locally and regionally grown food!  Focused in a 100 mile radius of Gunnison, we’re keeping it simple and emphasizing on the quality of our local and regional products that support our neighbors and make us healthier!
