Brian OHeir is an Architectural Designer, Writer, Inventor, Computer Programmer, Photographer, Real Estate Investor, and Businessman. Brian lives in Sedona, AZ, with his wife Nancy and their two teenage children, Tara and Ian OHeir.

Brian OHeir has a degree in Architecture from  The University of Miami and post graduate studies in Industrial Design  from Pratt Institute. Brian has been involved in design and computer developments for almost thirty years. He has designed and built homes for builders and individuals in Oregon, Alaska, and Arizona since 1982. Before moving to the Sedona area in 1998, Brian worked as a manufacturers representative within the nuclear industry and produced radiation report generation software for the Ludlum model  2350-1 Data Logger.

Nancy and Brian OHeir have been engaged in the retail gift business since 1997, operating Laughing Mountain Gifts in historic Jerome, Arizona. Laughing Mountain is a 2000 Sq. Ft. store selling  Southwest Crafts, Ethnic Imports, Southwest Food Products, Southwest Diningware, History Books, Music, Jewelry, Tee Shirts, Womens Clothing, Beauty Products, Home Decor’, Nature Products, and Southwest Childrens Products.
