My name is Brian Lusher and I am currently a Junior in Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. I have included my education and work experience on this site to help you get to know me and my abilities. I am currently living and taking summer classes at Virginia Tech. I recently finished taking a year off of school for the performance group Fighting Gravity that I became a part of in the spring of 2010. We are a blacklight dance illusion act that made it to the finale of America's Got Talent season 5 before going on a 25 city tour while creating plans for the group in the future. We are now based out of Blacksburg, Virginia and developing new material to be showcased at private and charity events across the country. More information is available on our Wikipedia page. I enjoy handyman work and any job that I can build stuff. My drive to study engineering was sparked at a young age as I began to experiment with Legos. I am an athlete and am always driven to try new sports. I have recently found Freebording, a way to go snowboarding on land during the summer. I am generally a laid back person but am a very hard worker. I like to take charge of groups to help achieve goals while also being a strong team player.
