Johnny Taylor has served as Program Director for the Flint Hills Job Corp Center since 2005, following 10 years in other job capacities at the center.  Mr. Taylor held positions as Recreation Supervisor, Residential Manager, and Career Training Technical Manager.  His company, Management Training Corporation, selected Johnny Taylor to participate in their Executive Development Program.  This is the highest leadership program in a company of over 5,000 thousand employees, and is an 18 month program to prepare him for higher level positions such as Center Director or Regional Vice President.

Mr. Taylor resides in Manhattan Kansas with his wife Debra, two daughters Deja and Jocelyn, and a son Jonathon...  Mr. Taylor also volunteers in the community where he teaches youth boxing at the KO Boxing Gym.

Mr. Taylor, will be talking about the Flint Hills Job Corp’s single parent program and Weatherization partnership program and other Vocational offerings.
