Decided I should take a refresher course in cake decorating before I attempt to make my son's wedding cake. Needed to update a lot of my supplies. Last night was the first class and took advantage of being in the store to get the materials I need. It has been many years since I've held a decorating bag in my hand and I'm wondering if I was crazy when I said I would make the cake. I think this would be very unlike the home life of the queen. Somehow I just can't see her baking let alone decorating cakes.
