Unit is located in GateHouse Demarc Box

PWR (power):  the unit is receiving power and functioning normally

Fiber LEDs               

LK (link):  satisfactory link status from GateHouse cabinet to respective port.

            1.  If no link, unplug AC power for 10 seconds, plug back in.

            2.  If no link, contact GateHouse Networks Customer Service.

AT (activity):  the respective port is receiving data from GateHouse cabinet.

            1.  If no activity, unplug AC power for 10 seconds, plug back in.

            2.  If no activity, contact GateHouse Networks Customer Service.

Ethernet LEDs

LK (link):  satisfactory link status from customer equipment (pc, router, etc.) to respective port.

            1.  If no link, unplug AC power for 10 seconds, plug back in.

            2.  If no link, please check internal wiring to ensure all connections are correct.

            3.  If no link, contact GateHouse Networks Customer Service.  Please note: a service fee may apply.

AT (activity):  the respective port is receiving data from customer equipment (pc, router, etc.).

            1.  If no activity, unplug AC power for 10 seconds, plug back in.

A correctly operating unit should have the following:

            PWR:  solid green light          

            LK:  solid green light (s)

            AT:  fast-blinking green light (s)
