The All Optics System assigns one unique IP Address to each home and one ethernet feed.  This ethernet feed is located in your network distribution box.  From this feed customers can hook up either one computer through their home wiring, or more than one computer by installing a router inside their network distribution box and feeding computers through their home wiring.

Video Problems?

1.  Make sure network distribution box has power.  Power is used to activate the amplified video splitter.
2.  Make sure all electrical breakers are not tripped.  Electric feeds the network distribution box and the GateHouse Demarcation Box.
3.  Make sure all coaxial cables are tight and in good condition.  Replace if necessary.
4.  Contact Customer Service.

A coaxial cable feed is also provided to the home network distribution box.  This cable is split with a video splitter located in the home network distribution box, and then distributed through the home wiring.

Internet Problems?

3.  Reboot router and/or computer.  Bypass router to eliminate router problem if necessary.
