1. Registration fees are effective until October 1, 2009. A late fee of $100.00 will be added to all registrations received after October 1, 2009. 
2. In the unlikely event you need to cancel your registration, a full refund (less a $75 processing fee) will be provided. The cancellations must be received in writing, via fax or mail
3. Cancellations received after October 1, 2009 will not receive a refund. Due to the secretiat’s financial arrangements with suppliers, no exceptions will be made.
4. The registration fee will be charged by New Taiwan dollars at the early November 2009, the exchange rate will be 1:33.
